More Precious than Pearls, an Arabic women's program

This 40-minute talk show has been going strong since 2002. A recent series combined cartoon and film clip segments with live entertainment and discussions in the studio. The episodes countered societal misconceptions about women by contrasting popular proverbs with biblical proverbs and discussed topics including pornography, sex education, peer pressure and sexual harassment.

Pray that the show will help change the hearts of those watching who may believe in common misconceptions about women.
Pray also for women in MENA who live with the social effects of these false beliefs, that the show will greatly encourage them.

Women in the Middle East and North Africa often face crippling social issues. They may endure restrictions on many aspects of their lives, and in some countries, such as Egypt, sexual harassment and abuse is extremely widespread. SAT-7 produces programs that address these social issues and provide spiritual encouragement both for our sisters in Christ and for non-Christian women seeking answers.
